HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-097WHEREAS, by the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, that saidl Board does hereby approve the agreement with
the California department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2022. This agreement provides Fire
Protection during the State fiscal year 2022-2028; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby is auithorized to sign and
execute said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Beard of Supervisors this 261` day of July, 2822, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: Nene
