NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "541 -Behavioral Health" by adding there to the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference D of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Social Services Workers' Unit" by updating the
following:

11251 Eligibility and Employment Program Specialist 42 $1799.20-$2410.40
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference O of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Classifications with Flat Rate Assignments" by adding
there to the following:

12012 Deputy Sheriff Trainee Flat Rate $28.84-$31.23
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference L of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Non -Represented Classifications" by deleting there
from the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 29

Assignments" by adding there to the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Se0on 18 of
Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "411 -Library" by adding there to the following:
