BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte that this resolution hereby rescinds and
replaces Resolution 21-015.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:
The Board ofSupervisors haorenievvedtheStateofCaNfornie'sCD8G'DRAcionPKanfor2O18dioasters,w/hichaNVcates
funds to the County and hereby approves the execution of a Master Standard Agreement ("Agreement") in the
aggregate amount, not to exceed, $71,185,473 ("Grant").
The Board of Supervisors agrees to perform the following activities, as further detailed in the Agreement, asameans to
facilitate the development ofmultifamily housing (rehabilitation, reconstruction,, or mem/construction), pursuant tothe
Disaster Recovery Multifamily Housing Program (DR -MHP) Policies and Procedures:
- Implement project solicitation process to receive multifanmik/developnmemt project applications from
- Underwrite, select, and prioritize those projects in accordancawith the DR -MHP Policies and Procedures;
- Submit those selected and prioritized project applications Lothe Department; and
- Oversee and monitor the construction and lease up of Department approved projects during the construction
period through, the affordability period.
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer ordesignee toenter into, execute and deliver
the Agreement and amyamdall subsequent amendments thereto with the State mfCalifornia for the purposes nfthe
Grant.
The Chief Administrative Officer ordesignee isauthorized 1oexecute and deliver all project applications orany and all
related documentation, as needed for the purpose of effectuating the terms of the Agreement; and tnact nnthe
Cnuntv'Sbeha|fUna|Unnattcrspertainingtoa|Usunhapp0cationsenddocurmentadomnecessarytocarrymmtthe
Agreement.
If an application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee is authorized to enter into, execute and deliver
the Notice(s) to Proceed, and any and all subsequent amendments thereto with the State of California for the purposes
of the Grant.
If an application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee is authorized to sign and submit Funds
Requests and all required reporting forms and other documentation as may be required by the State of California from
time to time in connection with the Agreement for purposes of the Grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby adopts the resolution and allows
the Chair to, sign.

AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
