policies that are in or being put in place to try to prevent future fraud

CPUC LAUNCHES RATES COMPARISON WEBSITE TO HELP CONSUMERS MAKE INFORMED CHOICES
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), in ongoing efforts to help consumers make informed
choices regarding their electric provider, has launched the first phase of its California Electric Rates
Comparison Website.

CPUC SETS STAGE TO ENABLE WIDESPREAD DEMAND FLEXIBILITY
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), recognizing the importance of demand-side strategies in
meeting the state’s climate and reliability goals, today approved the opening of a new public process that
seeks to enable widespread demand flexibility through electric rates.
