I myself have tried over 30 times to post directly in this submission space to no avail. Now I’m going to attempt to attach it as a pdf document. Hi. This comment is actually going to be in two parts because my friend Diana Driess is having difficulty posting her comment so this is going to be, essentially, two in one. I’m going to have a comment at the beginning, and then I’m going to post her comment for her, on her behalf. I’m really not sure what’s going on with our website, but why can’t we post a comment ??? My comment: 1. Why have you removed Butte County Public Health updates from the agendas? Danette York is always still speaking on that topic, at the meetings, and now you have denied us the opportunity to have a public comment about it. Why is that happening? 2. Why does Danette York continue to ignore the medical journals’ reports about natural immunity and risk to benefit ratio of vaccines, especially when it comes to kids, who are the least affected by the covid virus? Why does she ignore all the vaccine injury reports, as well as mounting evidence /proof that the mRNA “vaccines” are actually harming the immune systems of its recipients and causing them to get sick more often, with worse symptoms and for a longer period of time than their uninjected counterparts? Does the fact that, since “Covid”, her income has increased from 60K to 250k per year, have anything to do with her silence on these topics? 3. I want to formally request that the private citizens (whom you refer to as ‘the public’) resume our standard, pre-Covid speaking time allotment of 5 minutes per person, and that you not limit public comment time, because your job is to represent us, not dictate over us. So, it is essential that, in order to perform in accordance with the will of the people, you must first be able to hear the people. We care enough to participate, so we expect that you would appreciate and honor our essential role in helping you do your job as it was intended to be done. Ok. Here is Diana Dreiss’ comment: S.O.S. BUTTE COUNTY RESIDENTS YOU MUST RESEARCH COVID-19 FOR YOURSELF, THE COVID “VACCINES”, and HOSPITAL PROTOCOLS “We need to admit we were lied to and deceived and mislead…Sick malevolent people lied to us and have risked our lives.” “Dr. McCullough explains, “Corruption, fraud, and malfeasance is wide spread. Everything is in the wide-open and it’s going to intensify because the goal was a needle in every arm in every person in the world every six months indefinitely. It was to deliver the genetic code of the spike protein which was created in a lab in Wuhan China.” “The world isn’t buying the ‘vaccine’ lockdown Great Reset prison planet lie anymore. The John Hopkins Pandemic study showed that the lockdowns did more harm than good. Hundreds of people under 40 are going into cardiac arrest and suffering from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS). The rationale behind their widespread mandate usage must be questioned.” “Everyone knows or will soon know that the entire pandemic response has been a blatant ruse that created 500 new billionaires, crippled our economy, exponentially killed and injured millions and decimated our educational system…Prepare for the inevitable repercussions they cannot escape.” IT IS CLEAR THERE IS NO VALID LEGAL AUTHORITY FOR EITHER THE STATE OR LOCAL EMERGENCY ORDERS! Armed officers with their identities concealed behind masks (elevating their crime) acting under the orders of the Butte County Board of Supervisors and County Counsel, locked the doors and would not allow Butte County residents in the Butte County Board of Supervisors’ meeting unless they wore a mask or shield. This is medical tyranny which is unlawful and unconstitutional. Even though we are supposed to be given full and equal access to our public meetings. The officers in the video have taken an oath to the Constitution and therefore We the People - not the Butte County Board of Supervisors. In addition, locking doors to a public building during business hours is illegal and violates fire safety code, insurance terms, not to mention the liability officials are putting Butte County in. This causes problems with insurance and when county officials act in this negligent way they can not be covered by insurance. You can not have a publicly funded building that violates insurance terms and is not indemnified. This creates an unlimited risk for the county and the people. I’m a tax paying citizen in this county and take issue with this kind of behavior. In addition, these people unlawfully practiced medicine without a license and openly discriminated against the people unable to wear a mask for medical and/or religious reasons. You can clearly hear the explanation and appeal in the video. I also experienced an earlier situation with County Counsel when trying to pick up a Freedom of Information Act Request in which I found it necessary to file a discrimination complaint against his office. All people involved need extensive training on the laws of our land, both Constitutions, reprimanded, and if not corrected should be removed from their positions. We don’t need lawless people in our county behaving this way. It is deeply disturbing Board of Supervisors (and others) appear not to care about what is happening in our community and around the world, and I hope will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Your indifference to other people’s pain is shocking, appalling, and deeply saddens me. Especially since you (and others) have been given a privileged position and should profoundly care about the people you serve. The Economist reported, “New data suggest that the damage from shutting down schools has been worse than almost anyone expected. COVID learning loss has been a global disaster.” I’m angry that you have ignored the massive harm lockdowns and school closings have had on children! Anyone under 30 is at almost ZERO risk. Many including the Fulford podcast said, “We have a need for Nuremberg trials to arrest and punish those behind the fake pandemic and very dangerous vaccine campaign.” You cannot hide a humanitarian catastrophe of this scale. You can ignore reality but you can’t ignore the consequences of the reality. Dr. Kory says, “The excess mortality that we have seen is historically unprecedented.” I (and many others) have sent a great deal of information and scientific articles to Board of Supervisors, DA Ramsey, Sheriff Honea, and County Counsel to insure they are informed. I also present the VARES numbers at each Board of Supervisors’ meeting. With all of this knowledge Butte County agencies and officials aren’t officially warning Butte County residents about these and other risks despite having been privy to this information for approximately two years or more. Butte County officials have access to the same safety data we in the community have and this might be considered misconduct in public office. Government is setup to protect the people - not harm them. So, when harm is committedthey are no longer acting in their official capacity they are acting in their personal capacity which could bring personal liability they hadn’t anticipated. It’s irresponsible not to take action. We need to protect the children, the vulnerable, and damaged. A “vaccine” with reports of wayyy over a million adverse events and deaths is NOT safe, effective, or free as promoted by Butte County Board of Supervisors and Butte County Public Heath as anyone can plainly see from the VARES data. However, this board does not share these numbers with the public. These numbers have been estimated to account for only 1% of actual vaccine injuries. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention released new data showing a total of 1,371,474 (which is probably 137,147,400 based on the study) reports of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccines between December 14, 2020 and July 29, 2022 (up 29,866 from my last report). The data included a total of 29,981 (which is probably 2,998,100 based on the study) reports of deaths (up 521 over my previous report). And 249,116 (which is probably 24,911,600 based on the study) reports of serious injuries (up 5,640) with tragic stories that never end. Dr. Cole (and many others) claim, “It’s an absolute crime to inject this liquid into the arm of a child. There is no way we use our children as human shields and guinea pigs when kids survive this virus statistically at 100%…a shot that is now ALL risk and with NO benefit.” Many doctors including Alexander, Geert, & Yeadon are all begging that under NO condition, NONE, do you vaccinate your child with the COVID injection, ever, you will kill them they warn. U.S. VARES data for 6 months to 5 years old show: 2,622 adverse events 81 rated as serious 3 reports of death 4 reports of myocarditis 15 reports of blood clotting disorders 25 reports of seizure U.S. VARES data for 5 to ll years old show: 12,379 adverse events 315 rated as serious 9 reports of death 24 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis (heart inflammation) 47 reports of blood clotting disorders 102 reports of seizure U.S. VARES data 12 to 17 years old show: 32,910 adverse events 1,850 rated as serious 45 reported deaths 63 reports of anaphylaxis (life threatening) 658 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis 165 reports of blood clotting disorders 20 cases of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome WARNING: FDA grants approval of Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine for adolescents: however, “Comirnaty is NOT available in the U.S. for any age group and is NOT the same formula as the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine currently authorized under EUA and being distributed as a ‘fully approved’ vaccine.” Corona vaccines should have been withdrawn from the market due to the UNACCEPTABLY high mortality rate. It should have been stopped at 50 deaths or less. VARES is supposed to act as a EARLY WARNING SYSTEM and no one is being given legal INFORMED CONSENT which is a violation of our laws, the Nuremberg Code (known as the Code of Regulations), as well as many others including but not limited to 21 U.S. Code 360bbb-3. This dismantling of Informed Consent proves intent. Voluntary consent is essential! Almost 1,300 side effects including death have been reported by the Pfizer data and no one in their right mind would knowingly take this kind of chance with their health. We the People DO NOT approve of unlawful actions by the Butte County Board of Supervisors (and others). Money IS NOT a reason to put Butte County residents and their children in harms way. The pandemic was a hoax created by a fake PCR test (which can not diagnose), fake news, and unscientific science. NONE of the tests are approved or validated. They are all under emergency use authorization (EUA). This level of malfeasance (wrongdoing or misconduct especially by public officials) has never happened in our history. I MAKE THE FOLLOWING DEMANDS OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND BUTTE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH: 1.) “We declare and the data confirm that the Covid-19 experimental genetic therapy injections must end.” Global COVID Summit “Cease and Desist the administration of Covid-19 vaccines that have been determined to be unsafe, ineffective, toxic and potentially lethal.” 2.) Provide your proof with real information and facts that these “vaccines” are SAFE*EFFECTIVE*FREE as promoted by Butte County Board of Supervisors and Butte County Public Health. 3.) Forensic audit of all COVID funds. 4.) I demand allegiance to the Constitution or leave office. Dr. Paul Alexander states, “Everything about COVID was a power grabbing, money making scheme, COVID was like a PONZI…nothing about COVID is or was true. Billions were stolen, not only the business loan crap…follow the money…follow the $cience…We want every COVID policy decision examined properly in the U.S., Canada, UK, etc. in proper legal inquiry and if people committed fraud and crimes and acts that caused deaths, I want them stripped of every cent and imprisoned! They are morally, ethically, and legally obligated to warn their constituents of the dangers these shots present to the people of Butte County and their children. The office of the Board of Supervisors serves to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitutions of the United States and California. Board of Supervisors have a duty to faithfully execute our laws not to repeatedly engage in conduct that violates the Constitutional rights of the citizens of Butte County. When there is fraud immunity disappears. It’s null and void and there is no statue of limitations on fraud. There are many courageous doctors, lawyers, books, videos, documentaries, people, etc. who are exposing all of this as people learn the gravity of the lie. Money is what fed this monster. It’s time to admit these mistakes and STOP the harm and death in Butte County and others will follow. Let’s mitigate the harm being done with the intentional takedown of America. There are riots and mass demonstrations because of the supply chain crisis, food insecurity, and energy costs. People all over the world are angry (and rightly so) and overthrowing their governments. STOP censoring people who are trying to get the word out. This is a global plan for destabilization to collapse “fossil fuels” and farming. We need to do everything in our power to stop this. I can see and feel you getting really nervous. You promoted these policies and the vaccine campaign EVEN when data proved otherwise. You ignored safety signals and the people who so desperately tried to inform. VARES clearly signaled deaths and injuries that you should NOT have ignored. You denied reality. You totally ignored the data on the vaccines the last 15 months and Covid-19 for almost three years. There were enough deaths reported it should have been stopped. This is going to go down as the most toxic medical treatment that has ever existed and the biggest mistake you people ever participated in. Do you know who Chuck Yeager is? He was the first person to break the sound barrier. He actually trained here in Oroville. He learned not to get too close with his fellow trainees. They were not as conscientious as he was and he knew a little mistake or oversight could and did leave pilots dead. Knowing - not guessing is the crucial difference from a fifty-foot hole in Mother Earth. To borrow a phase from Chuck Yeager, “You have ‘augered in’ and can’t stop your mistake. ‘Augered in’ means the pilot crashed attempting the stunt and died. I hope you see the error of your ways and stop this horrendous mistake. “Canada’s Trillium Health Partners-Mississauga Hospital in Toronto, Where 6 Canadian Medical Doctors Died Within 2 Weeks After 4th COVID Booster Shots for Employees Started at One Hospital. 6 physicians from that hospital died ‘unexpectedly’ within the two weeks and according to a nurse who also works in the same hospital, the deaths followed after the hospital started mandating the fourth COVID shot for their employees.” “There have been 5 monkeypox deaths worldwide and it’s deemed a global health emergency. 6 young doctors died in Ontario and nobody even cares." A “vaccine” with reports of wayyy over a million adverse events and deaths is NOT safe, effective, or free as promoted by Butte County Board of Supervisors and Butte County Public Heath as anyone can plainly see from the VARES data. However, this board does not share these numbers with the public. These numbers have been estimated to account for only 1% of actual vaccine injuries. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention released new data showing a total of 1,371,474 (which is probably 137,147,400 based on the study) reports of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccines between December 14, 2020 and July 29, 2022 (up 29,866 from my last report). The data included a total of 29,981 (which is probably 2,998,100 based on the study) reports of deaths (up 521 over my previous report). And 249,116 (which is probably 24,911,600 based on the study) reports of serious injuries (up 5,640) with tragic stories that never end. Dr. Cole (and many others) claim, “It’s an absolute crime to inject this liquid into the arm of a child. There is no way we use our children as human shields and guinea pigs when kids survive this virus statistically at 100%…a shot that is now ALL risk and with NO benefit.” Many doctors including Alexander, Geert, & Yeadon are all begging that under NO condition, NONE, do you vaccinate your child with the COVID injection, ever, you will kill them they warn. It should have been stopped at 50 deaths or less. VARES is supposed to act as a EARLY WARNING SYSTEM and no one is being given legal INFORMED CONSENT which is a violation of our laws, the Nuremberg Code (known as the Code of Regulations), as well as many others including but not limited to 21 U.S. Code 360bbb-3. The town has been allowed to decline for too long as support after support has been drawn away, most recently with Camp Fire displacement of services another 15-20 miles further down the hill. The loss of timber industry jobs has left the remaining community impoverished and ill-positioned to pay for overdue infrastructure repairs. This cost share with the CSA will be leveraged tenfold with state funds to help the historic small town survive, which would be an excellent value for money. The larger issue in this package is funding for county employees. As I mentioned in October 2021, COVID has permanently altered the labor market, and Butte County will have to acknowledge the increased barganing power of labor. Staff has been overworked for years through crisis after crisis, and vacancies must be filled to provide adequate service to taxpayers. Additionally, even as expenses have increased nationwide, the destruction of housing stock in Butte County has raised the cost of housing here in a way that will require increasing employee compensation to attract qualified candidates. The item in this package is a critical stop-gap, but the plan should be not merely to forestall staffing reductions. The County must create housing to meet the RHNA, particularly in places where the cities do not capture the increased property tax to address the staffing shortage long-term.
