Recreational project sites are located along the North Fork Feather River (NFFR), upstream of Lake Oroville,in Butte County between Cresta Powerhouse and Poe Powerhouse. The purpose of the Project was to improve access to NFFR for recreational users, including parking and trail. The Project improvements included the following key features: Parking for passenger vehicles. A minimum 6-foot-wide dirt access from the parking area to Poe Reservoir. Information signage. As-built drawings are included in Appendix A. Refer to Appendix B for photographs taken during construction. 1.2 Summary of Construction Chronology PG&E’s general construction (GC) crew performed all construction work. The following is a summary of construction events: Construction started the week of April 4, 2022. Clearing and grubbing for trail alignment began April 5, 2022. Trail alignment and cut/fill staking began April 6, 2022. Constructing of trail began April 6, 2022. Parking area work began April 11, 2022. Signs installed and construction completed on May 31, 2022. See Appendix C for construction certifications. 1.3 Construction Difficulties No Design Change Notifications (DCN) were issued for any construction difficulties as part of this project. The only notable changes were some slight trail alignment adjustments and the elimination of the aggregate base compaction requirement in the parking area. All are documented in the as-built drawings. It was determined to eliminate the requirement for the compaction of aggregate base at the parking area because there was already an established parking area at the trail head. 1.4 Original Structure Findings Original structure findings are not applicable to this construction project. 1 Poe Reservoir Access – Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2107 August 2022 – Final Construction Report 2.FOUNDATIONS Foundations are not applicable to this construction project. 3.EMBANKMENTS Embankments are not applicable to this construction project. 4.
