Scheduled Dewatering of Project Features in 2023
Dear Mr. Blackett,
Pursuant to 18 CFR §12.4(b), South Feather Water and Power Agency is providing notification of the
proposed non-emergency dewatering of project facilities for purposes of annual maintenance and repairs
in 2021.
1. Planned dewatering of the Woodleaf Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance
will occur February 6 – February 18, 2023.
2. Planned dewatering of the Forbestown Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance
will occur March 5 – March 18, 2023.
3. Planned dewatering of the Sly Creek Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance
will occur October 2 – October 18, 2023.
4. Planned dewatering of the Kelly Ridge Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance
will occur November 6 – November 18, 2023.
5. Planned dewater of the Miners Ranch Canal for annual maintenance will occur November 6 –
November 18, 2023..
