Field Inspector Resume
Dear Frank L. Blackett:
In a letter filed on April 29, 2021, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) filed
construction documents for review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
for the Grizzly Forebay Dam Access Improvements Project (Project), part of the Bucks
Creek Hydroelectric Project (FERC No. 619). In a letter dated June 17, 2021, FERC
authorized construction of the Project. Due to scheduling conflicts with the original field
inspector, Geoffrey Chadwick, a new field inspector will be assigned to the Project. All
references to Geoffrey Chadwick in the QCIP filed April 29, 2021 will be replaced with the
new field inspector, Rey Marquez. Please find his resume attached (Enclosure 1).
As requested in the June 2021 authorization letter, PG&E will submit a final construction
report within 90 days of construction completion summarizing the work and any unusual
conditions or items that are important to document for future reference.
