Blackett: In a letter filed on April 29, 2021, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) filed construction documents for review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for the Grizzly Forebay Dam Access Improvements Project (Project), part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project (FERC No. 619). In a letter dated June 17, 2021, FERC authorized construction of the Project. Due to scheduling conflicts with the original field inspector, Geoffrey Chadwick, a new field inspector will be assigned to the Project. All references to Geoffrey Chadwick in the QCIP filed April 29, 2021 will be replaced with the new field inspector, Rey Marquez. Please find his resume attached (Enclosure 1). As requested in the June 2021 authorization letter, PG&E will submit a final construction report within 90 days of construction completion summarizing the work and any unusual conditions or items that are important to document for future reference.
