KITCHEN EXHAUST SYSTEM SERVICE REPORT
DATE OF SERVICE: JULY 19,2021
CONCESSION HOOD AND PIZZA HOOD: ( Inspected and certify)
Prior to cleaning and inspecting the exhaust system , we found no deficiencies and the system is still showing bare metal through out ( no cleaning needed)
PREP LINE AND MAIN LINE ( Degrease and certify)
Cleaned the entire system down to bare metal and certify the system with he sticker on the hood
