An inspection of the facility revealed the following items that require correction; 1. All illuminated exit signs and emergency lighting fail to illuminate upon test. Please replace batteries or repair as needed CFC Sec. 1011.4 & 1011.5 2. Copier surge protector is plugged into another surge protector in the copy room. Please remove or use a surge protector with a longer cord . CFC, Sec. 605.5 3. Surge protector in room #124 for the computers is plugged into a black extension cord. Please remove the extension cord . A surge protector with a longer cord may be required . CFC Sec. 605.5 4.
