Re: Request for Extenstion of Time – Bucks Lake Dam
Dear Mr. Nimick:
This is in response to a letter dated June 30, 2022 from Mr. Will Landreth that
submitted a request for an extension of time (EOT) to address recommendations from the
11th Part 12D Consultant Safety Inspection Report (CSIR) for Bucks Lake Dam, which is
part of Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No. 619. We have reviewed
PG&E’s proposed EOT and grant the request to address Recommendations 12 and 14
from the 11th CSIR by December 31, 2023.
File your submittal using the Commission’s eFiling system at
https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. For all Dam Safety and Public Safety
Documents, select Hydro: Regional Office and San Francisco Regional Office from the
eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the material was eFiled.
