As a community member and having had my hippa broken by my surgeon, and a Chico State professor, Lindsay Briggs, whose wife is the new director at Stonewall Alliance in chico. Lindsey Briggs told me doctors havent made penises. Is a insensitive statement to say to a new comer transgender in their late 40's. I have bottom dysphroia. She had been talking to professionals in the community about me and my mother is my abuser and marriage family therapist over 30 years. Was on her facebook page as well as many other professionals. Gross I know what confidentiality is. Your staff members i have come in contact with also see my son for his mental illness. Emeshment of boundaries from personal facebook funnies that Ms. BRIGGS has given identifying information of who I was on her facebook page or instagram that your professional staff are on. I wish for all your staff to go through a quality training on condientality as i s ee most of your staff are lcsws from chico state who have a white professor there who is a black racist and lgbtq person. I have caught 2 of her students breakibg my confidentiality ciming from her class, because they are being instructed wrong or something. mislead information. Stemming from chico state university staff to public and community college professionals need to get it together and stop hippa violations! I grew up and raised my family from this town and know. I want real change and heads knocked for breaking my hippa rights. I have walked away so i dont sue, butte county menarl health and Lindsey Briggs personally. I want justice as a older transperson who has no support from stonewall asked to leave because iam bringing my story to light. How Andrea Mox, Connor Wenzel and Lindsey Briggs and the board members, I do not recognize because of the wreckless manner in handling my case and competively taking over leadership. Iam grew up in Chico. Currently, i have my family with dual disorders and one with a brain disease living with me. Its challenging at times and i have asked for a case worker for my adult son amd my daughters boyfriend Isiah Ramos. He needs a case manager. He is all by himslef in a room all day. Butte county mental health needs to hire quality psychiatrist, psychologist and lcsw who know about schizophrenia and one who specializes in brain diseases. Iam a parent of 3 children with dual disorders and one serious brain disease. They had beem in wrap around programs in ndn culture. I sent you the video of the “vaccine” injured. Hours after Danielle’s second dose of the Pfizer “vaccine” she fell ill.She said, “I’m a shell of what I was.” Then she stood up as her body violently shook to show you what she nowhas to go through everyday. Then Angelina explained she began having convulsions and was unable to walk. She would beg her doctors,“Please help me!” Candace experienced painful burning and pricking in her legs and back three weeks after her second COVIID“vaccine”. She spent 28 days in the hospital and was discharged without a diagnosis. It is not ethical that theysent me home with a walker and an order for a potty chair,” she says. “Why aren’t your hearts broken? This is a humanitarian crisis. People are suffering. He is the second most cited ICU doctor in theUSA. He broke down in tears talking about the humanitarian catastrophe that is being caused by COVID“vaccine” side effects. It’s not a “vaccine” in the traditional sense. It’s an experimental gene therapy injection thatis maiming and killing people at an unprecedented rate. The consequences are going to be great on our society.On the other hand it is deeply disturbing Board of Supervisors (and others) appear to not care what is happeningin our community and around the world, and I hope will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Where is the Covid-19 Update on the Board of Supervisors’ agenda? You are appear to be trying to STOP thismessage from getting out to the public. How can Board of Supervisors and Public Health promote and distribute a“vaccine” under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) when you both claim there is NO emergency. “There may bea United States Emergency Use authorization (EUA) for babies to five years old - I must conclude that we are looking into an abyss of evil not seen since the 1945.” Naomi Wolf. Board of Supervisors Meeting - Item 4.02 eComments Report You must end ALL health emergencies, end any and ALL mandates, STOP this shot in Butte County, completely and truthfully inform the public, and do NOT implement ANY mandates in the future. The Public is able to make their own health decisions and do NOT need interference - especially from local government. You have NO legal rights (perhaps have been) and will be practicing medicine without a license. There is NO emergency in Butte County and NEVER has been an emergency regarding Covid-19. Butte County Public Health is required by law to prove we were in an actual emergency and it’s the Board ofSupervisors’ job to make sure that this legal obligation was fulfilled. NO Butte County Health Officer has everattended and provided evidence, as required by law, to support a local health emergency. You have removed theCovid-19 Update in Butte County; however, I watch the Covid-19 Update in other counties. This is a requirementof law and it takes away the residents’ right to be informed and give their opinions and concerns which is a FirstAmendment right and required by the Brown Act. I demand you place it back on the agenda until ALL healthemergencies have been eliminated and the Emergency Use Authorization Criteria is null and void and no“vaccines” are allowed and a new set of laws will be in place. These arecriminal actions and people need to be held criminally responsible for their actions.” It appears the government has caused an epidemic of suicides, bankruptcy, overdoses, domestic abuse, delayedthousands of life saving surgeries, psychologically damaged generations of children, taken two years of freedomfrom everyone, abolished the rule of law, created psychological and mental stress, and allowed many to diewithout family members surrounding them (extremely cruel), and caused many other harms too numerous to listhere. I ask that you educate yourselves on Stockholm Syndrome in which hostages develop a psychological bond withtheir captors during captivity, psychological warfare techniques (being inflicted on our young people as well asmany others), How America Fell Victim to Mass Delusional Psychosis by Mark McDonald, Zimbardo’s FamousStudy on Stanford Prison Experiment (where guards were placed in a position of power and they began tobehave in ways they would not usually act in their everyday lives or other situations. Where the question wasasked: Do good people do bad or evil things?, the Asch Conformity Experiments where a series of studies wereconducted to see if and how individuals yielded to or defied a majority group and the effect of such influences onbeliefs and opinions. A study of conformity effects on people and their reactions, and the Milgrim Experiment(obedience to authority figures which was a series of psychology experiments conducted by Yale Universitypsychologist Stanley Milgrim) to name a few. Then you and our law enforcement agencies should be familiarizedwith Ordinary Men by Christopher Browning. He shows how “men were transformed psychologically from ordinarymen into active participants in the most monstrous crime in human history.” Our Public Health Officials and local politicians know these “vaccines” are hurting healthy adults and children andhave not notified Butte County residents. A huge backlash and public outrage is coming as the true number ofdeaths and injuries caused by the experimental “vaccines” is made known. “Watch out! You have never faced therage of thousands of mothers” warns Naomi Wolf. The Expose’ reported “12,548 children have suffered a seriousadverse event due to the COVID “Vaccines” in the USA; and 106 kids have sadly died,” dated May 4, 2022. Karen Kingston offers “Gene therapy products are all products that mediate their effects by transcription and/ortranslation of transferred genetic material and/or by integrating into the host genome and that are administered asnuclei acids, viruses, or genetically engineered microorganisms. The products may be used to modify cells invivid or transferred to cells ex vivo before administration to the recipient. See section III of FDA’s guidance entitled“Guidance for Industry: Gene Therapy Clinical Trials - Observing Subjects for Delayed Adverse Events” datedNovember 2006. She says, “these are bioweapons whose purpose is to poison, harm, and kill with theirown patents.” I have sent you and law enforcement agencies in Butte County these patents with NO response. Still Butte County agencies and officials aren’t officially warning the Butte County residents about these and otherrisks despite having been privy to this information for approximately two years or more. Butte County officialshave access to the same safety data we in the community have and this might be considered misconduct inpublic office. Government is setup to protect the people - not harm them. So, when harm is committed they areno longer acting in their official capacity they are acting in their personal capacity which could bring personalliability they hadn’t anticipated. It’s irresponsible not to take action. We need to protect the children, thevulnerable, and damaged. Board of Supervisors Meeting - Item 4.02 eComments Report A “vaccine” with reports of wayyyy over a million adverse events and deaths is NOT safe, effective, or free aspromoted by Butte County Board of Supervisors and Butte County Public Health as anyone can clearly see. Thecenter for Disease Control and Prevention released new data showing a total of 1,385,398 reports of adverseevents following COVID-19 vaccines between December 14, 2020 and August 12, 2022 up 7,964 up the VaccineAdverse Event Reporting System (VARES). VARES is the primary government-funded system for reportingadverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. It is a voluntary reporting system for reporting adverse reactions to the U.S. and has been estimated to accountfor only 1% of vaccine injuries. As of May 27, 16% of deaths occured within 24 hours of vaccination, 20% ofdeaths occurred within 48 hours of vaccination, and 59% occurred in people who experienced an onset ofsymptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated. Every Friday, VARES publishes vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date. Reports submitted toVARES require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed. The data included a total of 30,347 reports of deaths - up 181 over the previous report. And 235,041 reports ofserious injuries - up 4,677 with tragic stories that never end. I sent this board an article from The Expose’ datedMay, 3, 2022 entitled “How many people have been murdered by the COVID-19 injection?” This article includes16 pages with links as one rather large example. No response from Butte County Board of Supervisors, DARamsey, Sheriff Honea, or Butte County County Counsel. NOTE: *Children have a 99.97% chance of recovering from COVID; however, if they DON’T get the shot theyhave a 100% chance of NOT being vaccine injured! “A scientific study conducted by scientists from the U.S. Foodand Drug administration and the Centers for Disease Control found Covid-19 Vaccination increased Children’srisk of suffering Myocarditis by over 13,000%.” Attorney Todd Callender, “Based on what we are seeing, the ratesright now are excess mortality of 84% and excess of every kind of disease at 1100%. We are expecting a 5,000% or so increase in excess mortality for this year 2022. An enormous number.” Note: No claim is being made dataare accurate because of the fraud, lies, censorship, propaganda, etc. There is a lot of unexplainable data andtherefore may contain fraud in the analysis. Data have been observed disappearing in real time in both VARESand DMED. Expert data collectors must concluded the real numbers will be massive. Many nefariousopportunities have made their way into the COVID fraud and must be sorted out. Dr. Cole says, “It is an absolute crime to inject this liquid into the arm of a child. Byrecommending an unapproved, experimental, zero-liability, and high-risk medical intervention for an illness thatposes zero statistical danger to that age group, the White House has made itself the enemy of America’schildren.” Board of Supervisors Meeting - Item 4.02 eComments Report “The Pharma gods have demanded child sacrifice and high priests of public health have offered a generation ofinfants. Now more than ever, parents and physicians must step into the breach to protect our babies from ourgovernment.” He put them on notice he (and others) are poised to take legal action. “Vaccines have a negativenet efficacy but puts them at risk of many adverse health consequences, including heart damage, stroke andother thrombotic events and reproductive harms.” Children under 5 could begin receiving the vaccines as early asthe week of June 20th. As of May 27, 5,559 pregnant women reported adverse events related to COVID vaccines, including 1,740reports of miscarriage or premature birth; and it was recently reported “4,154 fetal deaths reported in VARESfollowing COVID-19 vaccines”. We know Covid-19 vaccines do NOT prevent infection or viral transmission and natural immunity is robust and farsuperior. In addition to VARES website we have the Yellow Card (1,490,271 injuries and 2,132 deaths throughMay 27, 2022), Eudra System (44,518 dead and 4,269,225 injuries through May 22, 2022) whistleblowers, DMEDdata, insurance documentation (data shows 40% increase in death of people under 64 and calls this the worsecoverup in human history & includes other injuries), Senator Ron Johnson’s Senate Hearing on COVID-19: ASecond Opinion with world renowned doctors and medical experts, U.S. Senate expert witness testimony statesthere are 410,000 unexplained deaths in Americans. RFK Jr. shows, “Why the COVID-19 jab is the most deadlyvaccine in history.” I also sent you Dr. Mike Yeadon, The COVID Lies with his resources. Coronavirus vaccines would have been withdrawn from the market due to the UNACCEPTABLY high mortalityrate. Usually a vaccine is withdrawn from the market after 50 deaths or less. VARES is supposed to act as anEARLY WARNING SYSTEM and no one is being given legal INFORMED CONSENT which is a violation of ourlaws, the Nuremberg Code (known as the Code of Regulations), as well as many others including but not limitedto 21 U.S. Code 360bbb-3. Voluntary consent is essential! Almost 1,300 side effects including death have beenreported by Pfizer data and no one in their right mind would knowingly take this kind of chance with their health.Del Bigtree says, “Probably 250,000 people have been murdered by the Covid-19 shot.” Butte County Board of Supervisors (and others) appear to have broken many state and federal laws by faking amedical emergency for funding. 18 U.S. Code 1040 - Fraud in connection with major disaster or emergency for benefits to get funding. This is acrime and you could be charged with 30 years in prison. 18 U.S Code 1038 - False information and hoaxes. The hoax in this case there is NO emergency. The penaltycould be life in prison. CA Health and Safety Code 101080 - Requires you by law to terminate the emergency at the earliest date. Penal Code 148.3 - False reporting an emergency. There is NO emergency. Title 18 U.S.C. Section 242 - It’s a crime to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege under the Constitutionby local officials. You could be imprisoned up to life. Government Code 8630 - Requires termination of the emergency at the earliest date. 42 U.S. Code 1986 - Action for neglect to prevent… Title U.S.C. Code Section 241 - Conspiracy against rights… Government Code Section 8630 - Calling for an emergency when there really isn’t one. Disaster Fraud We the People DO NOT approve of unlawful actions by the Butte County Board of Supervisors (or others). Money is NOT a reason to put Butte County residents and their children in harms way. Board of Supervisors Meeting - Item 4.02 eComments Report The pandemic was a hoax created by a fake PCR test (which can not diagnose), fake news and unscientificscience. NONE of the tests are approved or validated. They all are under emergency use authorization (EUA).This level of malfeasance (wrongdoing or misconduct especially by public officials) has never happened in ourhistory. “Australia is admitting COVID shots are harming people and they are offering up to $600,000 incompensation.” The scientific facts are clear: Masks, lockdowns, social distancing and vaccines have all proven failures and muststop! The harm especially perpetrated on our youth is unconscionable. These catastrophic mistakes will not beable to be covered up. Butte County Board of Supervisors had the opportunity to decide not to lockdown ourcounty and tell ALL businesses they are essential. You should have backed your local businesses not harmedthem with silly mandates. Uphold the constitution - it’s the law of the land! You answer to We the People, and wedemand more out of our public servants. Masks cause carbon dioxide poisoning, significant and possibly permanent damage to a child’s brain, drop in I.Q.points reported in newborns, lowers I.Q in other age groups (Children born during the pandemic reportedly lostas many as 21 I.Q. points.), retards speech and language development, cripples social skills, and has lead todepression, self harm, substance abuse, increase in suicides, and crime due largely to the lockdowns, masking,and social distancing. Board of Supervisors have the authority to rescind all health orders, mandates, and “‘vaccines” in Butte County.They are morally, ethically, and legally obligated to warn their constituents of the dangers these shots present tothe people in Butte County and their children. The office of the Board of Supervisors serves to preserve, protect,and defend the Constitutions of the United States and California. Board of Supervisors have a duty to faithfullyexecute our laws not to repeatedly engage in conduct that violates the Constitutional rights of the citizens of ButteCounty. When there is fraud immunity disappears. It is null and void and there is no statue of limitations on fraud. What is the official safe limit in terms of deaths and injuries reported to be the actual numbers that is deemedacceptable, above and beyond which the program must be stopped given that the Covid-19 “vaccines” are statedto be “SAFE*EFFECTIVE*FREE” by Butte County Public Health and Board of Supervisors? Tell us what is theofficial safe limit in terms of deaths and injuries reported? The fallout of the pandemic is going to be catastrophic - especially on the children! The “vaccines” are deadly andcause severe injuries at alarming rate and therefore must be stopped in Butte County. If Butte County residentsare not getting educated how do they make an informed decision? Wildfires, La Nina, and orchard expansion have generated more deadwood than existing facilities can process. It is financially prohibitive just to remove deadfalls and slash from the forests, and even more so to fell standing dead and decadent trees or to thin the understory to comply with Chapter 38A. Additional plant capacity is needed close enough to the source of the feedstock to make it no cost to taxpayers to maintain wooded property in a way that serves the common good. Since we no longer have industrial zoning where our mills used to be, the Neal Road facility is the best available location, and I reiterate that this project is long overdue. I cannot assess whether such a facility should be entirely a County operation or a public-private partnership to make the numbers pencil out. SCWA and their wisely chosen subconsultants have the relevant expertise, and their proposal is responsive to the RFQ as presented. A feasibility study for how to make something like Yellowstone Clean Energy's Cal Oak plant work for the Neal Road site is a necessary first step to addressing decades of backlog. The cost of the study is much less than the cost of continuing to do nothing. I would rather have seen a proposal to break ground in 2023 and go online in 2024, but the RFQ did not elicit one, and another RFQ is unlikely to attract a more qualified team or a more expeditious proposal than what is before you. I urge you to approve SCWA's response to the RFQ and get the ball rolling toward a productive destination for the surfeit of green waste in Butte County.
