Notice of the 2022 Final Water Year Determination
Dear Secretary Bose:
This letter presents the Final Water Year Determination as Dry for Pacific Gas and
) Poe Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) No. 2107. Pursuant to the State Water Resources Control Board
Water Quality Certification Condition 2, and Forest Service 4(e) Condition No. 23, the
Forest Service and other interested governmental agencies, including Plumas and Butte
counties, were notified of the final water year type determination on May 10, 2022.
Documentation of this notification is provided as Enclosure 1. If you have any questions,
