2019 Annual FERC Inspection Completion of Follow-up Item 3

Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter reports on the completion of
address Item 3 from the 2019 annual Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) inspection
ofRound Valley Dam, which is part of PG&E DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC
No. 803. FERC identified action items from the inspection in a letter to PG&E dated October 15,
2019. PG&E submitted its original plan and schedule for addressing Item 3 in a letter to your
office, dated May 29, 2020, and submitted its most-recent update on the status of the
recommendation on November 1, 2021.
Item 3 is provided in Enclosure 1 and a drawing
showing the monument locations is proved in Enclosure 2.
For the reasons described in Enclosure 1, PG&E believes that Item 3 has been satisfactorily
addressed and no further response is necessary. Should you have technical questions
