Re: 2021 Dam Safety Inspection Follow-Up Response Bucks Lake Dam
Dear Mr. Nimick:
This is in response to a letter dated February 28, 2022, from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted responses to follow-up action items from the 2021 annual dam safety
inspection for Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No.
619. We have reviewed the responses and the plan and schedule to address the inspection
follow-up action items resulting from the Bucks Lake dam safety inspection by the dates
outlined in letter is acceptable.
