Re: Comment Responses on Poe Dam Poe Beach Access and Reservoir Trail
Recreation Improvement
Dear Mr. Nimick:
This is in response to a letter dated April 1, 2022 from Mr. Matthew Joseph that
submitted a response to our comment on the Poe Beach Access and Reservoir Trail
Recreation Improvements Project, part of the Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project
No. 2107. We have reviewed your response and it is acceptable. You may continue with
construction per our March 22, 2022 letter. As a reminder, per our March 22, 2022,
within 90 days of completion of construction or no later than August 12, 2022, you must
file the documents we requested.
All required filings should be submitted
https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. For all Dam Safety and Public Safety
Documents, select Hydro: Regional Office and San Francisco Regional Office from the
eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the material was eFiled.
