Blackett: This letter presents to the Federal the stairs installation to provide piezometer access at Philbrook Dam, which is part of DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803. and conditional authorization to proceed with construction in a letter dated May 10, 2022. is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). Gavin Rhoads and Robert Raibley Resumes ENCLOSURE 1 Enclosure 1 DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803-CA Philbrook Dam, NATDAM No. CA00345 Response to FERC Comment Regarding Stairs Installation for Piezometer Access In a letter to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) dated May 10, 2022, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) provided a comment regarding the Piezometer Access Stairs Installation at Philbrook Dam, which is part of PG DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803 comment is Comment 1: Although a full QCIP is not required, submit a brief explanation of what efforts PG&E will take to observe the work is done appropriately without causing harm to the embankment. Provide the name and resume of the person overseeing the work for PG&E. The work will be overseen by the PG&E responsible engineer, Gavin Rhoads, P.E., and the PG&E quality control lead, Robert Raibley. Their respective resumes have been included with this filing as Enclosure 2. PG&E will follow the quality control plan established for this project to ensure the work is completed appropriately, per applicable industry standards, and that appropriate quality standards are met at each check point. PG&E does not anticipate this work to harm the embankment of the dam.
