Dear Frank L. Blackett:
The purpose of this letter is to submit the 60-Day Emergency Action Plans (EAP)
Tabletop Exercise Evaluation Report for the March 24, 2022, Tabletop Exercise for the
Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) EAP dams within the Feather River Watershed,
applicable to the projects listed below containing the EAP dams listed in enclosure 1:
Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619-CA
DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803-CA
Rock Creek-Cresta Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 1962-CA
Upper North Fork Feather River Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2105-CA
The exercise evaluation report is provided in Enclosures 2-3, wherein we have included
all comments and recommendations that we received from participants during the
exercise. The report was prepared on behalf of PG&E by a consultant and PG&E
concurs with the content of the report. This report was completed in compliance with
