Re: Haskins Boat Ramp Replacement Project Delay
Dear Mr. Nimick:
This is in response to a letter dated January 20, 2022 from Mr. Matthew Joseph
that submitted a notice of delay for the completion of the Haskins Boat Ramp
Replacement Project, which is part of Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project
No. 619. We have reviewed the submittal and have the following comment:
Provide a specific date (month, day, and year) of when the construction of the boat
ramp replacement will be completed.
Within 45 days of the date of this letter, please address our comment or provide a
plan and schedule to address our comment
