Response to February 28, 2022, Order Paragraph (B)
Dear Secretary Bose:
On February 28, 2022, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an
Order Modifying and Approving Recreation Plan Under Article 404. Ordering paragraph
(B) requested Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) file an application to amend
the River Access Management Plan -Cresta Hydroelectric
Project FERC No. 1962. In a FERC filing dated February 4, 2022, PG&E filed an
application to amend the River Access Management Plan for FERC No. 1962. Although
not explicitly stated in the February 4, 2022, cover letter, enclosure one of that filing
includes, a revised plan that incorporates the Poe Reservoir
Access Trail for management under the Rock Creek-Cresta project.
