Ordering paragraph (B) requested Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) file an application to amend the River Access Management Plan -Cresta Hydroelectric Project FERC No. 1962. In a FERC filing dated February 4, 2022, PG&E filed an application to amend the River Access Management Plan for FERC No. 1962. Although not explicitly stated in the February 4, 2022, cover letter, enclosure one of that filing includes, a revised plan that incorporates the Poe Reservoir Access Trail for management under the Rock Creek-Cresta project.
