Response to FERC Comment
Regarding Reservoir Remote Monitoring Installation
In a letter to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) dated April 21, 2022, the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) provided a comment regarding the
installation of remote monitoring equipment at Round Valley
Reservoir, which is part of PG DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC
No. 803is
response.
Comment 1:
Please provide a detailed construction schedule including milestone dates and
durations for completing the various work tasks associated with this project.
PG&E has prepared a construction schedule, below, which includes major milestone
dates and durations for the various work tasks associated with the project. PG&E plans
to perform this work when the reservoir is empty. Based on historic trends, construction
activities are expected to begin as soon as mid-July of 2022; however, these dates
depend on the reservoir level at these times and may shift slightly.
Phases and Key Milestones Target Completion Date
FERC approval (received conditional authorization) April 21, 2022
Permitting complete / environmental release to May 13, 2022

Mobilization of construction crews July 18, 2022
Construction July 25, 2022
