ORDER APPROVING AS-BUILT EXHIBIT F DRAWING
(Issued April 25, 2022)
1. On August 16, 2021, the City of Santa Clara, California and Pacific Gas &

Electric Company, licensees for the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project No. 619,
filed a
revised Exhibit F drawing to reflect as-built changes to the Grizzly intake structure. The
project is located on the North Fork Feather River and Bucks and Grizzly creeks in
Plumas County, California, and occupies federal land within the Plumas National Forest
administered by the U.S. Forest Service.
Licensees’ Filing
2. In its August 16, 2021 filing, the licensees state they completed installing a
standby generator at the Grizzly powerhouse intake structure on May 18, 2021. The
licensees include one Exhibit F drawing showing the new generator and its ancillary
equipment.
Review
3. Commission staff’s review shows the drawing conforms to the Commission’s
rules and regulations and should be approved. Ordering paragraph (B) of this order
requires the licensees to file the approved exhibit drawing in electronic file format.
The Director orders:
(A) The following Exhibit F drawing filed on August 16, 2021 for the Bucks
Creek Hydroelectric Project No. 619, conforms to the Commission's rules and
regulations, and is approved and made part of the license as labeled and numbered below.
This order supersedes the previous Exhibit F-3 (drawing no. P-619-173) and deletes it
from the license.

(B) Within 45 days of the issuance date of this order, as directed below, the
licensees must file the approved exhibit drawing in electronic file format.
The licensees must prepare a digital image of the approved exhibit drawing in
electronic format. Prior to preparing the digital image, the licensees must add the FERC
Project-Drawing Number (i.e., P-619-217) in the margin below the title block of the
corresponding approved drawing. The licensees must label and file the Exhibit F
drawing as Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) material under 18
CFR § 388.113 (The submission should be comprised of: 1) a public portion consisting
of a cover letter; and 2) a CEII portion containing only the Exhibit F drawing). Each
drawing must be a separate electronic file, and the file name must include: FERC Project-
Drawing Number, FERC Exhibit Number, Drawing Filename, date of this order, and file
extension in the following format \[P-619-217, F-3, Grizzly Intake Plan & Sects, MM-
DD-YYYY.TIFF\]. All digital images of the exhibit drawing must meet the following
format specification:
IMAGERY: black & white raster file
FILE TYPE: Tagged Image File Format, (TIFF) CCITT Group 4 (also
known as T.6 coding scheme)
RESOLUTION: 300 dots per inch (dpi) desired, (200 dpi minimum)
DRAWING SIZE: 22” x 34” (minimum), 24” x 36” (maximum)
FILE SIZE: less than 1 megabyte desired
(C) This order constitutes final agency action. Any party may file a request for
rehearing of this order within 30 days from the date of its issuance, as provided
in section 313(a) of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. § 825 l, and the Commission’s
regulations at 18 C.F.R. § 385.713 (2021). The filing of a request for rehearing does not
operate as a stay of the effective date of this order, or of any other date specified in this

format drawing required in ordering paragraph (B). Commission staff shortened the
drawing title due to filename character limits. There is no need to modify the title as it
appears on the drawing.

order. The licensees’ failure to file a request for rehearing shall constitute acceptance of
this order.
