The budget includes approximately $1,000,000 for actual construction and implementation. There is also $35,000 for the CSU Center for Water and the Environment for water monitoring. We will be working with our Grants Officer within the next couple weeks and to finalize the agreements and hoping to start working by November. I will send the a copy of the proposal within the next week. I want to thank all of you for your continued support and your flexibility in getting letters of support. We look forward to working with all of you as we commence this project and apply for funding for Phase II and III. This will be an exciting and first of it's kind project for Butte Creek and Butte County. Allen Harthorn Friends of Butte Creek
