Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Director of Development Services, if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved project. 6.The applicant shall obtain all necessary building pennits from the Butte County Building Division for all proposedstructures to be constructed at the project site. Jbe applicant shall submit building plans and specifications prepared bya California registered design professional (engineer or architect) demonstrating compliance with the current CaliforniaBuilding Code requirements. 7.Prior to issuance of building permits, obtain an encroachment permit and improve all new and existing drivewayapproaches to publicly maintained roads as specified m the county improvement standards and the tenns of theencroachment pennit. Prior to constructing facilities into, tmder, over, above, or upon any public street in theunincorporated area of the county, obtain a utility permit from the Butte County Public Works Department. Submittalof the improvement plans for review and approval by the Public Works Department may be required depending on thefacilities approved. 8.Coostruction, instaUatioo or devdopmeot of structuooos or facilities on the project site shall comply with the latest applicable fire safe regulations of Butte County, Public Resources Code 4290, and all other applicable State and Countycodes, ordinances and regulations in effect at the time of application for improvement permits. 9.The Zoning Administrator may revoke its approval of this Administrative Permit, if any of the followingapplies: a.The applicant or property owner has altered the circumstances under which the permit was granted to adegree that one or more of the findings required to grant the original permit can no longer be made; b.Permit issuance was based on misrepresentation by the applicant through the ommission of a materialstatement in the application; c.One or more of the permit conditions of approval have not been complied with or fulfilled; d.The applicant or property owner has failed or refused to allow inspections for compliance; e.Improvements authorized by the permit are in violation of the Zoning Ordinance or any law, ordinance,regulation, or statute; or f.The use is being operated in a manner which constitutes a nuisance . .
