QUITCLAIM OF A 16-FOOT RIGHT OF WAY
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Being all that reservation of a right of way over and upon a portion of the lands described in that certain Grant
Deed filed for record on April 2, 1948 in Book 452 of Official Records, Page 95 in the Office of the Butte County
Recorder, also being Parcel II-B as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on November 10, 2020, in
Book 2020 of Official Records, Page 0046880 in the Office of the Butte County Recorder more particularly
described as follows:
A right of way for road purposes over a strip of land 16 feet wide, the center line of which 16-foot strip is described
as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Southeasterly line of Grand Avenue and on the North line of the real property
herein first described, from which point the most Westerly point of the first hereinabove described property bears
South 61°30” West at the distance of 66.57 feet; thence along said center line of said 16-foot strip, South 25°50’
East 150.02 feet, more or less, to a point located on the Southeasterly line of the premises first hereinabove
described, said last mentioned point being located North 61°30; East 60 feet from the most Southerly corner of
the said premise first hereinabove described.
