NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "360 -Sheriff' -Coroner" by adding there to the following:

1.0 12002 Sheriff's Captain I

Position Class Code Classification
1.0 12.011 Deputy Sheriff
1.0 12004 Sheriff's Lieutenant
Thereby decreasing total allocations by 1.
