NO,W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 12 of
Ordinance No. 4123 of the County of Butte entitled "440 -Development Services" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 12701 information Technology Manager (term position to end 09/13/2023)
Thereby increasing total allocations to temporarily increase by 1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of September, 2022, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Lucero
NOT VOTING: None
