NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference I of Ordinance No. 4123 of the County of Butte entitled "Professional Employees Association" by amending the
salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section 28 Reference I (Effective the Pay Period September 17, 2022- Equity
Adjustments)
Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
Section 28 Reference I (Effective the first full pay period of July 2023- Equity
Adjustments) Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
Section 28 Reference I (Effective the first full pay period of July 2024- Equity
Adjustments) Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of September, 2022, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Ritter, KimmOshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Lucero
NOT VOTING: None
