ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REVISED EXHIBIT A
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 203, EXHIBIT F AND G DRAWINGS PURSUANT TO
ARTICLE 204, AND STATEMENT OF FEDERAL LANDS PURSUANT TO
ARTICLE 205
(Issued August 29, 2022)
On August 29, 2022, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an Order
Granting Extension of Time to File Revised Exhibit A Pursuant to Article 203, Exhibit F
and G Drawings Pursuant to Article 204, and Statement of Federal Lands Pursuant to
Article 205.1 The extended deadline in ordering paragraph (A) identifies the incorrect
date.2
Ordering paragraph (A) should read:
(A) Pacific Gas and Electric Company and City of Santa Clara’s request to
extend the deadline to file a revised Exhibit A pursuant to Article 203 of the license,
revised Exhibit F and G drawings pursuant to Article 204 of the license, and a statement
of federal lands pursuant to Article 205 of the license, for the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric
Project No. 619, filed on August 19, 2022, is approved. The extended deadline to file the
requirements of Articles 203, 204, and 205 of the license is October 31, 2023.
