Pacific Gas and Electric Company hereby files the
as-built exhibits for the Recreation Use Plan at Philbrook Lake
pursuant to Paragraph (C) of the Commission's August 27, 1984
"Order Approving Amendment to Exhibit R" (28 FERC ~62,278).
The Exhibits filed are:
I"'·· Exhibit K-2, Philbrook Reservoir, PGandE Drawing 430810;
, superseding Exhibit K-2, PGandE Drawing 451740, FERC 803-18;
and
Exhibit R-2, Plan for Recreational Use at Philbrook
Reservoir, PGandE Drawing 431410; superseding Exhibit R-2,
PGandE Drawing 451765, FERC 803-011.
The acreage occupying United States lands has decreased
1.77 acres, from 43.08 to 41.31 acres, at Philbrook Reservoir as
shown on Exhibit K-2. Therefore, PGandE requests Article 45(ii)
be amended to reduce the 65.80 acres (Commission's August 3, 1982
Order 20 FERC ~2,187) by 1.77 acres to 64.03 acres.
Enclosed are five full-size and 15 reduced (11 x 17)
copies of Exhibits K-2 and R-2.
