Re: Design Change Notification No. 1 for the Slope Erosion Mitigation Project at

Dear Mr. Nimick:
This is in response to a letter dated June 29, 2022 from Ms. Elisabeth Rossi that
submitted Design Change Notification (DCN) No. 1 for the Slope Erosion Mitigation
Project at DeSabla Forebay Dam, which is part of the DeSabla-Centerville Project, FERC
No. 803. DCN No. 1 is acceptable, and we have no comments.
