Used existing record monuments to established three monuments per Book 14 of Maps, Page 6 for Lot
10 of Block 1. Monuments set are 5/8" rebar with a cap labeled RCE 31689. Based on found
monuments to the north and south along the easterly line of the surveyed parcel within Block 1 of the
Fox Subdivision, it appears a small shortage exists. For this reason, our calculated north and south
lines of the parcel is slightly shorter than record. ---------
