I found all the monuments that were set according to Parcel Map Book 57 Maps, Page 55. 1 held the
southerly property line of the Parcel Map (the Northerly right-of-way of Roe Road) as my Basis of
Bearings. I found all the monuments on Lot 1 of this parcel map except the two (2) monuments on the
southwest corner of Lot 1. This is the north east return at the intersection of Scottwood roadand Roe
road. I reestablished these monuments based on the right of way and found monuments.
