Mr. DeSylva,
On April 13, 2017 Fire Captain Lydia Soileau and I conducted a Life Safety Inspection at the Feather Falls Casino and The Lodge. Below are items recommended for correction
that were identified as life safety concerns during our inspection.

1 emergency light out in trash room.

Hole in sheet rock near valves in 201 mechanical room.
Mechanics Shop:
Maintain 36” clearance around all electrical panels.
Lodge:
Excessive lint on laundry room sprinklers.
Emergency lighting in The Lodge lobby.
** The emergency lighting, exit lighting and fire extinguishers in the facilities were “spot checked” due to the sheer volume of components on hand. With several of the extinguishers
out of date and some identified non-functioning lighting systems, it is strongly recommended that all extinguishers and lighting systems be checked throughout the facilities to ensure
they are up to date and in working order.
Thank you for your time, cooperation and assistance in correcting the life safety deficiencies identified during the inspection. If you have any questions or concerns, feel
free to call.
