BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1:
The Butte County Board of Supervisors approves the completion of the Food Bank Expansion Program and the
associated Standard Agreement (20-CABG-CV1-00086) with the State Department of California Hlousing and Community
Development

The Board acknowledges the accomplishments of the Food Bank (Expansion Program in serving an additional
19,230 individuals and 5,81.7 low -to -moderate income households with 2.75,382 pounds of fresh produce and
commodities during the Coronavirus pandemic. Further, ten new underserved unincorporated communities were added
to the "tailga'te" food distribution public service.
SECTION 3«
Program funding has been fully expended pursuant to the 20-CDBG-CV1-00086 Standard Agreement:
Public Services —Food Bank $232,333
General Administration $47,586

The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute and deliver ail
grant close out documents and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to all such requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby adopt the resolution and
allow the Chair to sign.

following vote:
AYES,: Supervisors Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
