HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-136RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4213 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE - Resolution No. 22-136 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28 Reference L of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Non -Represented Classifications" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include: Section 28 Reference L (Effective the, Pay Period Beginning October 1, 20122- Equity Adjustments) Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A) Section 28 Reference L (Effective the first full pay period of July 2023- Equity Adjustments) Salary Plain for Positions (See Attachment A) Section 28 Reference L (Effective the first full pay period of July 2024- Equity Adjustments) Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A) PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 201h day of September, 2022, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Lucero NOT VOTING: None . ......... .
