NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 29
Reference B of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Elected Officers" by amending the salary plan for the
classifications:
Section 29 Reference B (Effective the Pay Period October 1, 2022)
Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20th day of September, 2022, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Ritter, Kimimelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Lucero
NOT VOTING: None
