NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference A of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Correctional Officers Association -
General Unit" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:

Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
Section 28 Reference A (Effective the first full pay period of July 2023- Equity
Adjustments) Salary Plain for Positions (See Attachment A)
Section 28 Reference A (Effective the first full pay period of July 2024- Equity
Adjustments) Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 11th day of October, 2022, by the following
