NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors, hereby amends Section 28
Reference B of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Correctional Officers Association -
Supervisory Unit" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:

Section 28 Reference A (Effective the first full pay period of July 2023- Equity

Section 28 Reference A (Effective the first full pay period of July 2024- Equity
Adjustments) Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
