Dear Susan R. Estes:
On August 10, 2022, the Department of Development Services made the finding that the
Certificate of Merger on the above referenced properties is exempt from environmental review,
and approved the project.
Please allow ten (10) days from the approval date (which falls on Monday, August 22, 2022),
before you record the merger.
Please come to the Department of Development Services after Monday, August 22, 2022 to pick
up your merger documents.
A Clerk Recording Fee made out to “Butte County” is due when you record your certificate of
merger at the Clerk Recorder’s Office located at 155 Nelson Avenue, Oroville. Please let me know
when you record the Certificate of Merger.
Should you chose to appeal the decision of the Department of Development Services, please
submit your appeal, in writing, together with the appeal fee of $737.45, to the Department of
Development Services, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California 95965, prior to 4:00 p.m. on
Monday, August 22, 2022.
