Legal Description Rev 2022-11-21 June 21, 2022 Page 1 of 2 EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Existing Parcel I-A: All that portion of Block 64, as shown on that certain map entitled, “Map of Thermalito”, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of Butte County, California, on June 8, 1887, more particularly described as follows: Commence at a point on the South line of Tehama avenue, as shown on said Map, located West 157.5 Feet from the intersection of the centerline of Eighth Street with the South line of Tehama Avenue; thence along the South line of Tehama avenue West, 6.54 Feet; thence along the Southeasterly line of Grand Avenue South 61 Deg. 30’ West, 105.50 Feet; thence South 28 Deg. 30’ East, 150 Feet; thence parallel to the Southeasterly line of said Grand Avenue, North 61 Deg. 30’ East, 113.00 (110.76 +/-) Feet, more or less, to a point from which the Point of Commencement bears North 29 Deg. 11’ West, 146.89 (150) Feet distant; thence North 29 Deg. 11’ West, 146.89 (150) Feet to the point of commencement. New Lot ‘A’ (merged): THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Being the exterior boundary of all of Parcels I-A and II-A as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on November 10, 2020, in the County of Butte as Document Number 2020-0046880, and being more particularly described as follows: Being a portion of Block 64, as shown on that certain map, “Map of Thermalito”, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of Butte County, California, on June 8, 1887, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of Tehema Avenue and the centerline of Eight Street, as shown on said Map; thence along the South line of Tehema Avenue, West 157.50 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said South line of Tehema Avenue, South 29° 11’ 00” East, 281.99 feet to a point, said point being the Westerly line of Eight Street, said line distant 20 feet and parallel to the centerline of said Eighth Street; thence continuing along said west line of Eighth Street, South, 68.90 feet to a point, said point being on the Northerly line of Yuba Ave; thence continuing along said Northerly line of Yuba Ave, West, 93.01 feet to a point; thence leaving said northerly line of Yuba Ave North 28° 30’ 00” West, 301.26 feet to a point, said point being on the South line of Grand Avenue; thence along the South line of Grand Avenue, North 61° 30’ 00” East, 105.50 feet to a point, said point described herein as the intersection of the South lines of Grand Avenue and Tehema Avenue as shown on said map; thence continuing along said South line of Tehema Avenue, East 6.54 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Said New Lot A is subject to any and all easements of record.
