November 21, 2022. Below are our responses and corrections notated as requested for Project
Number MER22‐0012 of the Lot Merger for the property at 827 Grand Ave, Oroville, CA. A copy of
said letter is attached herewith.

Item 1, Parcel Creation on the ‘Certificate of Merger’ Form….
Form DPL‐10 corrected to show subject parcel creation deed.
Item 2, Exhibit A – Legal Description of ‘New Lot A’ Date….
The date of the legal description is shown in the header of the subject document.
Item 3, Exhibit B Plat of the Legal Description ….
See revised plat attached. Removed ‘TBR’ and replaced with ‘Removed by Merger’.
