Please allow this letter to serve as a formal response to the Plan Review Comments received
November 28, 2022. Below are our responses and corrections notated as requested for Project
Number MER22-0012 of the Lot Merger for the property at 827 Grand Apve, Oroville, CA. A copy of
said letter is attached herewith.
Comments:
• Item 1, Parcel Creation on the ‘Certificate of Merger’ Form….
Form DPL-10 corrected to show subject conveyance prior to 1972 (Subdivision Map Act).
