Subject: Notice of Application Approval – TPM21-0008; APN: 047-440-065
Dear Mr. Woods:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Planning Commission held on December 8, 2022, Tentative
Parcel Map (TPM21-0008) was approved. Should you desire to appeal any of the decisions by the Planning
Commission, you must do so in writing before 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2022, to the:
Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
25 County Center Drive
Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $790.45 must be paid at the time of filing. If you do not appeal within the ten (10) calendar-
day appeal period, the action of the Planning Commission is final.
As the applicant of the approved project, you may also file an appeal of any conditions imposed as part of
the approval by the Planning Commission up to one (1) year from the approval date, following the same
appeal procedures as noted above.
Once the approval has become final, please contact the Butte County Public Works Department to complete
the conditions of approval and record the Parcel Map. Public Works is located at 7 County Center Dr.,
Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.538.7681.
Conditions of approval for your project must be completed within twenty-four (24) months from the date of
approval. If the conditions of approval have not been met within this time, your project will expire and become
null and void unless a map extension is filed before the expiration of the tentative map (Butte County Code
§20-67).
