I would recommend a Lot Line Adjustment for what you are proposing instead of the parcel map if that is a
possibility between you and your neighbor. The reason being that the 1 lot and remainder parcel map would
be considered a subdivision under state and county lavjs. TPM 13-0010^ a parcel map that was approved under
your application back in 2013j created 4 parcels. Creating an additional parcel will trigger the rules for
a subdivision map and corresponding improvement standards. The Lot Line Adjustment would not create
additional parcels and would not trigger further improvement standards.
