Report of Findings:
The project is a Parcel Map to subdivide an existing 9.23-acre parcel into nine (9) parcels
of 1.00 to 1.14 acre with individual septic and individual wells proposed. The project area
consists of flat areas with 0.33-acre to 27-acre single family dwellings surrounding the
proposed. Soil profiles were conducted by Certified Designer Dominickus Weigel
9/28/2022 with a staff from Environmental Health present. Soils were evaluated in the
areas proposed for leach field and replacement.
In summary the soil profile holes indicated soil class to be loam and sandy loam down to
60 inches with a 0.8 gallons per day application rate, utilizing pressure distribution septic
system design and may allow for standard gravity. Using the combination of soils
classification along with the designer’s suggestion, it is agreed with Dominickus Weigel
