This correspondence addresses Verizon’s antenna installation at the site listed above. PierCon Solutions LLC (“VENDOR”) is a leader in the evaluation of such deployments
for compliance with the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) rules regarding Radio Frequency Electromagnetic Fields (“RF-EME”). Per your request, we have reviewed Verizon’s installation only for current compliance with these rules.
The FCC has established safety guidelines relating to potential RF-EME exposure from radio transmitters. FCC regulations define two separate tiers of exposure limits: Occupational/Controlled and General Public/Uncontrolled. The General Public limits are five times more conservative or restrictive than the Occupational limits and these limits apply to accessible areas where workers or the general public may be exposed to RF- EME.
Verizon Wireless installation at TI-22447 consists of 6 panel antennas mounted on a monopole. The antennas are arranged for sectorized service, with two antennas in each sector. PierCon Solutions LLC performed a mathematical analysis for the site on November 14th, 2022. PierCon Solutions determined that the maximum calculated RF- EME levels in any accessible area will not exceed the FCC’s accepted General Public limit. Verizon’s operation will comply with FCC regulations.
