Describe any existing structures on the site and the use of the structures. The project site slopes to the south at an average slope of 1.5% and contains 25 trees, see tree table on tentative map. Four (4) of the trees will be removed to allow for construction of a driveway to Parcel 2. The site soil is classified as "Charger fine sandy loam." The site contains three (3) buildings, a single-family residence, garage and shed. The garage and shed will be removed for a future driveway to Parcel 2. There are no known cultural, historical or scenic aspects to the property. Indicate the type of land use (residential, commercial, etc.), intensity of land use (one-family, apartment houses, shops, department stores, etc.), and scale of development (height, frontage, setback, rear yard, etc.). The adjacent properties contain single-family residences on parcels that are equal to or larger than the parcels proposed for this parcel map and contain similar plants and animals. No known cultural, historical or scenic aspects exist on the surrounding parcels. Bidwell Park is approximately 600 feet northwest of the project site.
