I found the monuments that were found and set according to the Record of Survey for Karl M. Hunn &
Robert L. Morgan - Book 54, Maps, Page 52. 1 held the southerly line of the Lands of Maxine L Christian
as my Basis of Bearings. I re-monumented the dividing line between the Lands of Robert L. Morgan &
Lands of Maxine L. Christian per Book 54, Maps, Page 52 by proration and calculating proportionately.
