2. One copy of the Preliminary Title Report for the parcels.
3. One copy of the Grant Deed (2016 OR 0036535) and the Record of Survey recorded at
Book 188, page 6 as the creation documents for 047-100-198.
4. One copy of the Grant Deed (Book 1741 OR 692 – 693) as the creation document for
047-100-117.
5. One signed project information form.
6. One signed agent authorization form.
7. Two (11”x17”) copies of the lot line adjustment site plan.
